Programme overview

1. What is the Tom Tailor CLUB?

The Tom Tailor CLUB is a multi-level advantages programme that allows you to earn points with every purchase and exchange these for special benefits.


2. How do I benefit from the Tom Tailor CLUB?

Become a CLUB member by registering on our website or in our app and by creating your personal profile. If you already have an online account, simply accept the new terms and conditions in your account to become a member of the CLUB. Do you still have a Collectors Club number? No problem - just paste it into the provided field in the online registration form.

Collecting & redeeming points

1. How can I earn points?

You can earn points by showing your CLUB Card or CLUB ID when paying for your purchases in-store or by entering your CLUB ID online (if you are already logged in, this will be automatically done at checkout). For every Euro spent, you will be credited with points, which will allow you to rise to the next level or which may be redeemed in return for advantages.


2. How many points do I get per Euro?

For every Euro spent, you will receive 10 level points to level up in the CLUB and 10 redeemable points, which you may use to activate advantages. Due to your right of withdrawal from respective purchases, your points will only be credited to your points balance after 30 days. Until then, they will be displayed as pending points. Any special points will be added to your score according to the promotion conditions after the purchase is completed.


3. How can I redeem my points?

Under My CLUB Dashboard on our website or app you will find an overview of the advantages currently available to you. Just select an advantage and follow the instructions to activate it. Here, you will also find many advantages that you do not have to activate with redeemable points.


4. How can I use my points for donation purposes?

Visit My CLUB Dashboard on our website or app to get an overview of your currently available benefits. Here, you will also find tile elements that allow you to easily donate your redeemable points to charitable organizations. Select the organization you want to support with your points and follow the simple instructions.


5. Where can I check my score history?

Under My CLUB Points history on our website or app you may view the points history at any time and see how many points have been collected or redeemed. Your current points are also displayed in the dashboard.

Levels & advantages

1. What are the different levels in the Tom Tailor CLUB and how do I reach them?

Through purchases, you are able to reach different levels in the Tom Tailor CLUB. Each Euro spent corresponds to 10 level points. We offer several levels, from level 1 to level 3, where each level comes with its own special advantages. You will reach a new level as soon as you have collected the required number of level points and these are credited to your score. The transition to a new level may take up to 24 hours after reaching the respective score.


2. Can I lose a level once reached?

Yes, after you have reached a certain level, you will remain there for a period of 12 months. During this period, you will have the opportunity to re-qualify for the same level or to reach a higher level. If you do not manage to collect the necessary level points during these 12 months, you will automatically be downgraded to the next lower level.


3. What are the advantages of reaching a higher level?

With each new level in the Tom Tailor CLUB you will be able to access individual deals, invitations to CLUB events and special offers. From level 3, our climate-neutral shipping with DHL GoGreen will be free of charge for you. A list of all advantages per level can be found in the CLUB Account Benefits section.

Badges

1. What are achievements in the Tom Tailor CLUB?

Achievements are special awards that you receive as part of the Tom Tailor Club for certain activities and milestones. They serve as recognition for your commitment and loyalty as a CLUB member. Each achievement reflects certain successes – for example, completing your first order in the app, collecting a certain number of points or reaching a new level. Some achievements can only be unlocked for certain actions and are therefore unique. These achievements can make your experience as a CLUB member even more personal and rewarding.


2. How can I unlock achievements in the Tom Tailor CLUB?

Achievements in the CLUB can be unlocked by performing certain actions. For example, by choosing a specific shipping option, by purchasing certain product categories, by subscribing to our newsletter or by promoting new members for the CLUB. You can find detailed information on how to activate achievements in your CLUB account under Badges.


3. What kinds of achievements are there and what do I get as a result?

There are many achievements that you can unlock in the Tom Tailor CLUB. These range from Smart Shopper, demonstrating a particularly sustainable return behaviour, up to Big Spenders who make regular purchases over a longer period of time. Some achievements are associated with certain promotions or advantages, such as additional points, one-time discounts or special previews of new collections.

Member & account management

1. Can I transfer my points to other CLUB members?

Points are personal and therefore cannot be transferred to other CLUB members.


2. I have created a new CLUB account with a different e-mail address - what happens to my points?

Your points are linked to your CLUB ID. If you change your CLUB account, you should make sure that you inform our CLUB customer services.


3. How can I delete my CLUB account?

You can leave the CLUB by logging into your CLUB account and going to the Personal Information section, then to Do you want to leave the CLUB? Click here. There, you provide your first name, last name, and email address, and you can then delete your CLUB account.

Troubleshooting

1. Why didn't I receive any points?

Make sure that you show your CLUB card or your CLUB ID when shopping in the store or that your CLUB ID is stored online in the checkout area. If points are missing, you can contact our CLUB customer services. We will process your request as soon as possible.


2. Why did my points expire?

Points expire if they are not redeemed over a certain period of time. The exact terms for this can be found in our terms of participation under section 3.2.1.


3. Can I have points credited for past purchases?

It is important to have your CLUB Card or your CLUB ID scanned with every purchase or to have your CLUB ID stored online. Should you have forgotten to do so, please contact our CLUB customer services.
